You get a 7 days trial period. To be honest, a week does not sound nearly long enough to me, especially to properly evaluate something like LR I agree. But then again, the 7 days can become 3 weeks because there is a full-refund option within 14 days of signing up. False – there is a month-to-month subscription option.

Is there 30 days trial for Lightroom Classic

You get a 7 days trial period. To be honest, a week does not sound nearly long enough to me, especially to properly evaluate something like LR I agree. But then again, the 7 days can become 3 weeks because there is a full-refund option within 14 days of signing up. False – there is a month-to-month subscription option.

There are two ways of paying for a yearly plan: Adobe does not sell any monthly plan for this particular bundle. Simply cutting off the payments midway, would not remove the contractual obligation to continue those payments for the remainder of the current subscription period.

So Adobe would chase you for those. False – here are the subscription terms: Also how price changes are handled: LR Classic is available month-to-month as part of the “All Apps” plan which includes the total CC suite, though this option comes at a heavy premium over the annual plan. I believe it is possible to formally cancel midway through a subscription year, though, by contacting Adobe. False – you can get a full refund if cancelling before 14 days of signing up.

Or you can cancel at any time and only pay for the current month, if you are on a month-to-month plan. If you want the flexibility of cancelling at any time, you can sign up for the month-to-month plan.

Presumably, it is still within Adobe’s discretion to require payment of less than that, if there was some definite extenuating reason besides, that you just didn’t like the software. Your work done in the LR Catalog would remain accessible thereafter, as would all the photos.

Take another look please. There is no one month option for the Photographer’s bundle, only one year. You can pay and cancel! It’s the option “Annual Plan, paid monthly”.

An annual plan paid monthly is not the same thing as a month-to-month plan. The clue is in the words. Please take another look at the subscription terms, with that distinction in mind.

In the terms for an annual plan, it says: The shorter contractual obligation is what makes Adobe price monthly plans, where offered, at a higher cost. After you sign up theoretically you can cancel still have to pay though since it is a year plan, even if you pay by the month. In reality it might be difficult to cancel. See this very interesting, informative thread: Cancelling Adobe CC – hours of fun!

Did someone NA or Europe post to prove it indeed takes two hours of waiting on the phone to cancel? I believe it was also a trial but I could be wrong. My credit card was compromised in the day I purchased, I gave Paypal a new card but the payment did not go through. One day my account was cancelled. Typically I just let the trial period run out.

The OP said he could not find the cancel button. I got on the next and typed in how to cancel the Adobe plan. The first hit was Adobe that provided instructions which I followed.

It took longer to write this paragraph than to find this. There were so many Adobe slammers on that thread that I’m not sure if the OP stated if searched for the cancel command was on his install app or the Adobe account where you are supposed to go to do this.
